rain&rain&Due to rain + work, I haven't been able to ride at all: .....
I have no choice but to spend my time cruising the web and looking at bikes......
For example, something like this.
This is what I'm talking about.
And the Z900RS will be unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show this month.
Oh, the supercharged tourer with low and medium speed engine characteristics has been announced at EICMA.
Rumor has it that it will be the successor to the 1400GTR (H2GT), but since a middle class supercharged car has also been announced, I wonder if that will be announced as well......
So it looks like the supercharged cars won't be at the Tokyo Motor Show, but it seems that tickets for the preview day are still sold out this year, so I'm thinking of going to see the show on a weekday while watching my work.
And other desires.......
I haven't been able to go touring, so I've been riding around Tokyo on sunny weekdays for the past two weeks......
OHLINS desire is rekindled.....
I often use the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway to get around, and the other day when I was driving on a slightly wet road, I was worried about the unreliability of the rear suspension.
The tires still have bare grooves, and the price of the Ninja 650 has already been cut, so I'll have to change some parts to make it more affordable.
I've also ridden this vehicle on the Daisan Keihin, the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway, and ordinary roads, and the self-steer at low speeds bothered me a bit from the moment I got in.
During this test drive, I also made two U-turns after leaving the store and stopped at a convenience store on the way to take pictures, so if I was worried about self-steering at low speeds, I would have written about it in my impressions.
Could that be the OHLINS effect?
I've seen lowered suspensions used to improve footing on a few test rides, but I don't think there's a Ninja 400/650 with the stock version of Ohlins on a test ride in Japan!.....
You won't know until you buy it: .... I'm going to be riding my Ninja 650 for a long time, so if it's something I'm worried about, I might as well install it.
If you don't get the OHLINS rear suspension and front fork springs for the now-discontinued Ninja 650 now, they may be discontinued.
So I googled a bit and discovered that there is an Ohlins Service Center Lab Carrozzeria antenna store 20 minutes away from my house, which is the sole importer of Ohlins in Japan.
I'll just get a quote next week when it's sunny.......
