A few days ago.Venus Line Touring。The day before, I gathered local information on Twitter and Facebook, and as of 9:00 a.m., the temperature was reported to be 1.5 degrees Celsius.
- UNIQLO HEATTECH long sleeve
- Cotton turtleneck
- Leather jacket (with inner liner)
- Edwin's Windproof Chino Pants
- Heatech electric heating wear(Upper and lower: mounted on the seat bag)
- In case & in case you want to lend it to your companion.Workman's Aegis PRO(Upper and lower: mounted on the seat bag)
In addition, I added knee shin guards and chest armor as safety equipment. In addition to this, I added Komine knee shin guards and chest armor as safety equipment.
It was a change from the previous day's report, but we were blessed with clear skies and the temperature didn't get too low, but it was still just right to wear the Heatech with the power off at the summit.
I used the Heatech in low mode on the Koshu Kaido after the sun went down, but it got warm and I felt sleepy, so I hurriedly turned it off.
So, today. 9:40 a.m.Large motorcycle training (first-stage assessment)It is.The registration desk closed 15 minutes ago, and I went out at 9:00 a.m. since it was 20 minutes from my house to the school.
I went to the parking lot in a long tee and leather jacket (no inner liner) and said, "It's definitely too hot to die in this ....." It was so sunny.
Once I return to my room, the mesh jacket I have is a bit too fancy to wear in the driving school.
I felt uncomfortable going to the driving school in this, so I wore a long t-shirt. I usually wear a jacket with spine/shoulder/elbow pads and my own chest armor, so I borrowed body armor from the school.
Then, I was on my way home.
I often travel to work on my motorcycle, and the SIMPSON mesh jacket is a bit embarrassing. Let's stock up on one that I can wear on a regular basis.
Many motorcycle jackets have flashy logos and colors, which is why I used to wear a leather jacket in the wintertime, but after some hard Googling, I found one that looked good.
That's what this is.ROUGH&ROAD mesh jacket。
A single rider style mesh jacket with no logo at all.
It comes in three colors: black, silver, and olive, and is reasonably priced at about 13,000 yen on Amazon.
Rough & Load Kawasaki is the only bike store within walking distance of my house. I don't stop by often because the parking lot is inconvenient and the selection of other companies' products is not very good, but it doesn't matter as long as the item I'm looking for is from here. And I know from my prior research that with the spring bargain + 10% off for holidays, I can get 20% off the regular price.
So we took a quick detour.
Since it was just opening time, I rushed into the jacket section without even looking aside, just tried on the jacket to check the size, and bought it immediately.
For a 177cm/74kg man with a slightly protruding belly, size L was OK, and LL would have been okay, but I chose the right size so it wouldn't flap around at high speed.
Good simple design.
I'll wear it as soon as possible and go home.

It's not that different when you're driving than when you're driving in just a Ront.
Whether it was the right choice to choose silver instead of black for summer sunshine will be answered in July and August, but it seems to be more suitable for midsummer than SIMPSON, which has some leather parts, because it is all mesh.
Only spinal/shoulder/elbow pads were installed as standard, but there is a pocket for chest pad installation, so I will stock up on extra pads when I get home.
The standard spinal pad was not reliable, so I replaced it with the one I bought as an option with the SIMPSON jacket.
Oh ...... The windproof liner was sold separately.
I'll go buy more later.
