Saturday rain forecast. Touring will be tomorrow, and while working, I searched for potential locations.
So, for the first time, I learned that of the Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Kawasaki companies, all but Kawasaki originated in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. So, there is an exhibition hall in Hamamatsu City where you can see the motorcycles of each manufacturer.
- Soichiro Honda Manufacturing Heritage Museum
There aren't many products on display, but you can see models from the early days of the company, such as the T360, Honda's first four-wheeled vehicle, as well as the early Cub, which had an engine attached to a bicycle.
- Suzuki History Museum / SUZUKI PLAZA
UnfortunatelyReservations are required through the website. However, it seems to be a facility that accepts elementary school students on social studies field trips, with a wide variety of product exhibits and a 3D theater.
- Yamaha Communication Plaza
This place is famous. I've always wanted to go there, but I'm not sure if I'd feel comfortable driving a Kawasaki........
I would like to make a reservation at the Suzuki Museum of History before I go touring again.
Oh, and of course, Kawasaki has them too.
- Kawasaki World
Kawasaki is the only one of the four major manufacturers that does not produce four-wheeled vehicles, but as a heavy industry manufacturer, it also has exhibits on trains, ships, helicopters, etc."Kawasaki Heavy Industries' 120th Anniversary Commemorative Exhibition"wellRestored World War II fighter aircraft."swallow in flight"also on displayI'm told that it will be done.
In Kobe, it is impossible to go on a one-day tour ...... It's a little bit impossible to go there, but I'd like to go there if I have a chance......
