I'm in a bit of a rut with my touring destinations lately: .... If you take the Kan'etsu, you'll be at Shibutoge, and if you take the Chuo, you'll be at Venus Line......
This year, after switching to the Ninja 650, I'm planning to hit the Tohoku area, but I have a tendency to sleep in, so I'll have to stay overnight, like the other day.I ended up going around the Nikko area.I have a feeling I'm going to do it...... The highway is 2,500 yen, and Drai-wari is only available at Utsunomiya on the Tohoku Expressway.
The next day, we drove along the Chokai Blue Line, Zao Echo Line, and Nishi-Azuma Sky Valley, and returned from Utsunomiya on the Tohoku Expressway (about 550 km).
A round trip of a little more than 1,000 km is a normal distance for an overnight trip, so I'm planning to go out on this course sometime this summer or fall.

Village of Shimokuri
Toyama-go is an area in a deep mountain valley near the southern tip of Nagano Prefecture, along the Toyama River, a tributary of the Tenryu River. In the old days, it was the domain of the Eggi Toyama clan, who were bannermen. In terms of administrative divisions, it is located in Minami-Shinano, Iida City and Kamimura, Iida City. It is one of the three most unexplored areas in Shinshu and one of the 100 most unexplored areas in Japan.
