Kawasaki Coffee Break Meeting, an event run by Kawasaki Motors Japan, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd.The first event of 2017 will be held on Saturday, March 18 Tokyo Summerlandit is.
What is this event, abbreviated as KCBM, all about?"Get together and socialize over free coffee."This is a loose one:....... seems to beit is.
The 2016 Kawasaki Coffee Break Meeting in ShonanI overslept and didn't make it.I've never been.
We ended up touring around the Miura Peninsula that day, and I remember seeing Kawasaki bikes everywhere. I think it was also the first time I saw a Ninja H2 on the open road, wasn't it?
By the way, Tokyo Summerland, the venue for this year's event, is only about 40 km from my house via the Chuo Expressway. Very close by.
I'm sure the new Ninja 1000 will be on display, and I'm sure some of the green enthusiasts who often comment on my blog will be there, so I'll be there.
For your information, the new Ninja 1000 is now on display and available for test rides.
The actual machine will be delivered to Kawasaki Plaza in Tokyo in the morning of tomorrow, the 15th, the day of its release. It will be displayed in the afternoon. I've heard that test rides take a bit of time due to land registration and such, but since most stores don't even plan to have the bike on display in the first place, I'm planning to go see it as soon as possible.
I'm super excited to test drive it, but there's one thing I want to say about the new Ninja 1000: .....
It's a pure product, and I don't have these grip heaters.
Full of retrofits: ..... I'll take that.Kijima's grip heater GH07 that I'm using now.It is much better.
However, I've been looking forward to it for more than half a year, and I can't wait to see and test drive the actual car........
