I think the first time I heard about it was when Mr. Fukuda of Tutorial's apartment was introduced on the first episode of Ametalk's Motorcycle Geisha. I think it was an apartment where you could bring 5 or 6 motorcycles into the room....
The most famous one of this type is the one in Nerima.
Actually, before I moved into my current apartment, right after I returned my Ninja 400, I was looking for an apartment like this in Meguro-ku. At the time, I found a three-story building with a dirt floor on the first floor where I could ride my bike in, and rooms on the second and third floors, but I passed on it because the rooms were very small, about 4 1/2 tatami mats x 2.
×I've been looking at real estate sites from time to time, and I've found this property. Recently, I've been feeling the urge to move again, so I've been looking at real estate websites from time to time, and I found this property.
The first floor is a garage for a car and a motorcycle or two, and the second floor is the apartment, which is a rather ideal layout.
Incidentally, the rooms on the third floor and above had a floor plan where you could store your bike in the space attached to the room using the dedicated elevator for bikes.
I've seen it.
That's why I took a look. The location is near the Kawasaki Interchange on the Daisan Keihin.
The garage is set back from the sidewalk and has electric shutters. There's also a space in front of the garage where you can take out your car or motorcycle and tinker with it a bit, and you can even wash your car here.
By the way, there is a space for washing bikes at the back of the property, and water is freely available here.
We started our tour with the garage. It's big enough to hold a car, a Ninja 650, and a slim motorcycle. If it were just bikes, we could fit four of them in there and still be able to do a little work.
There's also a little space in the hallway from the parking lot to the room where you can buy some shelves and stuff to make a bike storage space.
The room looks like it's been renovated and is relatively clean. There's a large walk-in closet and the balcony is unusually wide, so I wonder if I can get some storage space.
But I've lived in rooms with poured concrete before, and they get cold in the winter.
The kitchen is clean and the bathroom is equipped with a bathroom dryer. It's close to the Daisan Keihin and JR Nambu lines, and the windows are thick bare glass because of the noise on the second floor. It's hard to hang my laundry outside, so I'm glad there's a bathroom dryer.
If I were to live here, I'd have to install mirror film or something on the windows because the road is right in front of me, and I'd have to live with air-conditioned windows... The balcony is quite large, so if you're creative, you can put some storage space here.
However, since my current room is a 50-square-meter studio that I'm satisfied with in terms of size, I'm still not satisfied with the size of the living room. .... I've already arranged my furniture and appliances to match the size of my current room....
When I got home, I thought about it while eating a cat sable, but I decided to pass on it this time and asked a real estate agent to look for a place for me. Maybe I'll go see the one in Nerima next time.
