Two cylinders is about right.
Since my return, I have ridden many bikes. Here's a list of the bikes I've ridden in the past few years, sorted by engine type.

As I mentioned in the title, I prefer a two-cylinder bike. It's got the right amount of throb when you're trotting along, and (partly because the Ninja 650 has a 180-degree crank) it's got a certain smoothness when you rev it up to high rpm.
A single-cylinder bike has very few big-displacement cars, and a four-cylinder bike feels rushed by the engine and doesn't like high frequencies. My first bike will probably always be a two-cylinder or a three-cylinder that feels more like a two-cylinder. No, I have no plans to change my Ninja 650 at all.
Middle class is just fine.
Unlike engine models, which differ mainly in feeling, displacement is directly related to torque and power, so this one is easy to choose. My preference is for a middle class engine. 800cc is probably just right.
Anything under 400 is too slow, and anything over 1000 is too fast.
It is often said that it is impossible for a liter class car to rev the engine to a comfortable level on public roads.
But, well, I'd like to get more cars.
So what I'm trying to say is that the choice between the Ninja 400, which I bought by chance, and the Ninja 650, which I switched to the same design with a different displacement after renting and test riding, seems to be a good one even after so many rides.
But since motorcycles are basically playthings that we don't need in our lives, the desire for a bike with a different taste... It's not that I've stopped wanting one. I'm in a bit of a hurry right now. The budget for more cars that I had put aside in my bank account has been eroded... I'll think about it while I'm working more and making more money....
