A little bowling...
I'm running a small IT shop that can be squashed easier than a pimple. We rent an office in the city center, but we only come to work at the same level as the Great King Kamehameha... I refuse to come to work no matter if it's windy, rainy, hot, or cold.
If I don't have an appointment to go out on such a day, I tend to stay at home all day and don't get enough exercise. Recently, I've been taking a break during my lunch break to go bowling at a bowling alley that's only a two-minute walk from my house.
The score doesn't get any better, but it's usually like this...

The first game went like this....
As usual, my score didn't increase, but I was able to get some spares, so I was feeling good... Just after the start of the second game, I thought
In the middle of a pitching motion, my back lightly jerks...
I didn't have a backache, but I clearly hurt my back.
At that point, I'd quit and walk home... I can't sit in a chair, so I can't work... I end the day lying on the floor... I'm done.
Rehab on Saturdays
Saturday morning, I felt a little better. The Loxonin tape I had applied the night before seemed to have helped. I timidly moved my lower back little by little and warmed it up, and by late afternoon I was able to sit on a chair. "If this is the case, can I go touring tomorrow?" I thought.

Adult Toy #2 Weekend
And Sunday... I can't ride a bike... So that's it....orz
However, I have recovered to a level where I can walk normally without much problem.
So, this weekend.I went out with my adult toy #2, which has been sitting in the parking lot for almost a month now and hasn't even been driven 500km since it was delivered.
I went to IKEA, stocked up on doll beds and other stuff, put the cat to bed, and the weekend was over....orz
I'm riding my bike this weekend!
