It's been 20 years since I wrote a personal blog as well as a motorcycle return.
Since then, I've only been on social networking sites, so this may be the first time in the 21st century that I've met someone I met on the Internet for a hobby, not for mutual friends or work-related reasons.
So I went weekday touring with Mr. Moichi Ishizhi, whom I got to know through his blog comments.
He is returning after 25 years and is riding a black Ninja 400R.
After introducing ourselves, deciding on a meeting place, and deciding on a rough course, we gathered at Atsugi PA on the Ken-O Expressway at 8 am.
I was a little late getting there, so I drove in the passing lane on the Tomei →Ken-O Expressway and arrived there a few minutes before the meeting. There was a black Ninja 400R in the motorcycle parking lot, but there was no space to park it, so I parked a little off the road.
And when I headed towards the parking lot, I saw a dandy of a gentleman, just as I had imagined from the image on the blog: ...... Nice to meet you.
Due to my impatience of arriving just in time and my innate shyness (which has improved somewhat since I became an old man), I urged Mr. Ishizushi to leave before I could greet him. Our first destination was Lake Okutama.
We arrived at the Hinohara Tomin no Mori via the Okutama Loop Road, although we got a little lost. This road is a very pleasant road to ride, but it used to be a den of riders who rode stupidly on public roads.
It was a weekday morning, so there weren't many cars, but even so, there was a 2nd rider in leather pants with a bump on his back taking a break: .....
In the early 1960s, in the United States."Motorcycle = vehicle for demented outlaws"In fact, I'm beginning to suspect that the same is true in Japan these days.
Honda's entry into the U.S. market was designed to be a fun vehicle for the general public."You meet the nicest people on a HONDA."But that's another story.
After taking a short break, we'll continue running.
I was thinking of taking the Koshu Kaido road from Kosuge village, but the weather was nice and I wanted to climb high, so I suggested the Daibosatsu Pass that I saw on Google Maps.
We drove along a national highway with a very old-fashioned name, the "Obosatsu Line. The roadside station Tabayama, where we took a break along the way, looked like a nice place with a day trip hot spring facility, so let's come back next time when the leaves are changing color.
We took another break at a point where the scenery was a bit more open, because unfortunately it seemed that the Obosatsu Pass was only reachable on foot. Fuji on this day was as beautiful as a painting, although we could see it from time to time while we were on the road. Fuji was like a picture. This touring was passed just because we could see this Mt.
After this, we went down the road to Koshu Kaido, but this area is a typical bypass road, the sadness of unplanned touring, there is no good lunch point...... I took a break at a roadside station-like facility for a loaf of bread and coffee. ...... I've been thinking about this since I parked my bike: ...... "I know this place: ....."
This is where we took refuge last year when we were rained out on our way back from a touring trip along the Venus Line.
It was almost 2:00 p.m. at this point, right? We decided to take the Route 358/Seishin Blue Line in the direction of Mt.
While taking a break at the shore of Lake Motosu, I talked with Mr. Weishui Shi. Mr. Weisuisi has recently rekindled his enthusiasm for large-scaleA large test drive in a rageIt's been done.
After talking about bikes for a while, we decided to take a bath while there was still some daylight left, so we asked Google for the nearest bathhouse and took the Fuji Panorama Line to the first one."Hot water with a view of Mt."is closed for facility maintenance: ..... We turned around and went to the second stop on the Kohoku View Line, on the banks of West Lake.Izumi no YuTo.
There's nothing better than an open-air hot spring during the daytime on a weekday.
Then, we had dinner here. Well, it's a day trip hot spring facility, so it's not much of a choice, but I filled my stomach with curry. Good food on the road is one of the best parts of touring, but it didn't go so well this time.
After getting out of the bath, it was time to head home. I took a back road that Mr. Ishizushi knew and headed for 246. On the map, it looks like it's called the Yamanakako Oyama Route. There were some good view points, and I would like to go back to this road again.
So, our first weekday touring ended successfully. I'd like to go touring with Mr. Weisuisi again.
In addition, I went out with him and asked him to take a video so I could see the back of myself riding a motorcycle for the first time.
I know, but your legs are so short.
The other day, I went to a used car shop and tried to ride the MT-09 Tracer, but it didn't have good footing, so I gave up.
