Washing helmets. Maybe I'll go to KCBM tomorrow......
In the morning, my staff came to my house and we had a work meeting and talked about nothing...... I was so excited that I kept working in the afternoon and the day was over......
At night, I kind of felt like it, so I washed my helmet for the first time in a while: ...... Pulled off the interior, washed it, and softened it with Lenore......
I thought about using a parts cleaner on the cap, but I felt that the smell might bother me afterwards...... I've been using wet wipes and kitchen alcohol for a while now.
You can wipe the outside and the inside together..... Alcohol volatilizes quickly, so you can apply a large amount of alcohol and wipe it off without any trouble.
The Ninja 650 is still a little dirty, but I was able to clean up the helmet, which has been bothering me lately, so I'm happy.
So, tomorrow. Really.Only one flower on New Year's DayBut I'd like to go see the cherry blossoms in Doi, Nishi-Izu, which should be in bloom soon.I was wondering...With the amount of work I've accumulated, a full day of touring is dangerous.......
So, if I can get up early, I'll go to .... But I'm thinking of peeking at the first KCBM of the year in Saitama and then working in the afternoon....orz
I've experienced temperatures around 1~2 degrees Celsius this season.
I don't ride when I'm worried about the road surface freezing, so there were several times, including the first sunrise touring, when the temperature was below 3 degrees Celsius, including several times when I was driving at high speed.
If I were to go to KCBM again tomorrow morning, the temperature at the time of departure would be about 2 degrees Celsius.
However, I'm pretty well equipped for the cold weather, so unless I'm driving on the highway for a long time at a certain speed, the cold won't be a problem.
It's not that different from last year.
By the way, this is the kind of equipment that we have installed exclusively for cold protection.

This is the one that came with the helmet. The chin curtain is especially effective because it eliminates the cold air entrapment from the chin. |

This is an example of thermal underwear that got its break when it was introduced on Ametoke's Motorcycle Geisha. There are no drawbacks except for the short sleeves. I sweat when I wear this indoors. |

At any rateHeating, Not WarmingI bought the 3.5 AMP version, but the strongest mode is too hot to use. I bought the 3.5 AMP version, but I don't use the strongest mode because it's too hot, so maybe I should have gone with the 7 AMP version... I'm not sure. I bought the 3.5AMP version, but the strongest mode was too hot for me to use, so I should have used the 7AMP version. |

This and the lever wrap solved the problem of keeping the back of my hands warm, which was a weak point of the grip heater. |

It's not so bad on its own, but you have to wear it first to get the full effect of the inner lining. I bought them at an outlet in Yokohama, so I was able to get them super cheap. If you can find EDWIN in a Mitsui outlet, I think it's a good buy. |

At the beginning of the season, when the temperature is above 10 degrees Celsius all day long .... It's less than 1,000 yen a piece, so it's a good deal, but maybe UNIQLO HEATTECH would be better (I don't have any...) |

When the temperature drops below 10 degrees Celsius, I use this. It's a full cowl so the wind doesn't hit my legs directly, but my legs can take it just fine without electric heating. |

I wear safety shoes that have steel cups in the toes, so my toes tend to get cold, and I would die without these...... It's quite thick, so it may be hard to wear it with just the right size shoes, but it has the strongest thermal effect. |

As with my upper body, the last thing I want to do is this... At any rate, even if the temperature gauge on the side of the road shows minus, I can run through it so warmly that I'll say, "Oh, I see..." It's so warm that I can run through it. |

Even in the spring and fall, when you go to an altitude of 1,500 meters or more with a mesh jacket, your hands get cold and you turn it on, and when it rains and your gloves get wet, you turn it on to dry them. Once you experience it, you won't be able to ride without it. |

When I was using grip heaters and Gore-Tex gloves, my fingertips were getting cold from the chilly lever, but after installing this, it's much better. It's very cost-effective for a few hundred yen! |
Oh, another impulse buy.
Well, as some of you who follow this blog closely may have noticed .... I'm a severe Amazon addict: .... I get a package from Amazon at least once every two days: ...... And this is what arrived today.....
Yesterday"I want it."I just wrote that SHOEI Photochromic Shield .... I ended up snapping it up on my phone after I got into bed.......
