I go to bed at 1:30 am. I set my alarm for 6am. Then I took a double nap and left a little after 8:00 a.m.....Yeah. That's to be expected.....
I'm getting on the expressway from Kawasaki on the Tomei Line.Oil change the day beforeI was surprised to find that the Motul 300v was amazing, just as I had felt immediately afterwards.
It's overwhelming. When cruising at high speed, the mechanical noise was noticeably less. I could even hear the tire noise and the air intake noise better than usual. The engine runs smoother than usual, and the speed range where I can cruise comfortably is about +20km. To put it another way."There's a thin, slimy film between the metals that are in contact with each other, and they spin around slimily without making direct contact."It's a little less clunky. And yet, the rise and fall of the rotation is very smooth. It's not something I can really feel, but it probably reduces vibration while driving, and I have the impression that I get tired differently when cruising in the passing lane. I've seen comments like, "All oils are the same, but Motul 300V is something else," and even a layman can feel it....
That's right, 4000 yen per liter: .... I wonder how long it will last... I guess. I've seen a lot of comments like, "The good part is over after a few hundred kilometers... I've seen a lot of comments like that.
Oh, and on Amazon it's 3,000 yen per liter....
From Daimon Pass to Sanbo Grand Observatory
So we rode comfortably. At Yatsugatake PA, where we took our second break of the day, we had a short chat with a returning rider who was riding a Harley and was going to the Venus Line.
He saw the GoPro Session I had on my helmet and approached me, so we talked about action cams and I recommended the Yatsugatake Echo Line from Suwa-minami as a course to the Venus Line......
So we went to the usual Yatsugatake Echo Line.
I like the sense of absence in this landscape. It's like a pseudo-Hokkaido experience.
When you get off the Suwa-minami Interchange, you'll see a lot of people."Japanese white birch (Betula platyphylla var. japonica)"This is my favorite route, because if you go in the direction marked with a "+", you will automatically reach the Venus Line.
So, we didn't take any breaks at all today. Since I wasn't tired, I didn't need to take any breaks (flagging), so I just went straight through Lake Shirakaba and went to the main Venus Line from Daimon Pass.
There were a few clouds, but we enjoyed the spectacular route as usual. We also passed through Kirigamine and went straight to the Great Observatory of the Three Peaks.
Here is an environmental video of the route, with the camera running continuously. In the first minute of the video, you can hear the sound of a melody road being played by a car in the next lane.
Lunch and then to the Chikuma View Line.
We had lunch of mushroom soup and gohei-mochi (rice cakes) on the terrace of the Great Observatory of the Three Peaks.
After finishing our meal, we headed for the Chikuma View Line.
I ate a puffed cream and got dizzy.
We drove quite a bit, but there were a few things that happened on the way here (Flag 2), so we went down the mountain and took a soft-serve ice cream break at Roadside Station Marumelo no Eki Nagato.
After that, I thought I'd just drive home and aim for Kanetsu, so I took the lower roads.
At an intersection on the way, I saw a building that looked like a Mannan Life factory on the side of the road and thought, "Oh, konnyaku hata is made from konjac potatoes from Shimonita? I thought to myself.
We took a break at the side of the road every now and then, and took the appropriate course toward Kanetsu and home.
one's way back
The sun was starting to set, so we went to this restaurant for a bite to eat before getting on the highway. I lost my virginity to Yamada Udon.
So, I drove down the road until sunset, and when the sun went down, I took the Kanetsu highway from the Higashimatsuyama interchange.
After a coffee break at Takasaka SA, we headed straight for home. Today's mileage was about 500km.
Second reply to the report
Incidentally, I witnessed three motorcycle accidents today. All of them, from what I saw as I passed by, looked like they couldn't make the turn and hit oncoming cars or guardrails. Let's all drive safely (Flag 3)
