Try on YAMATO once.

The bike was well made for the price, and I was happy to buy it, but the Ninja 650 is a sports tourer, and it might be hard to ride with long boots... So I returned it. I also returned all the other items that were sent to me at the same time, except for the Alpha N-3B.
I ended up buying a TIGER.
So, when I was looking for boots again, I found out that a mid-length version of the Yamato has been released under the name TIGER. The other dayIzu TouringI was only going to look at it on my way home, but I bought it on impulse.
The YAMATO I ordered and tried on was a perfect fit at 27.0cm with winter socks, but I had read on the web that the TIGER was "made quite large"... I was on my way back from a touring trip.Mochihada's Warm SocksThis one fits just right at 26.5cm, despite the fact that I was wearing
I have a foot size of 27 to 27.5 cm, depending on the manufacturer, even for sneakers, but these are exceptionally large. I was able to try them on and they were just right.
I've been wearing these when I'm out on the bike for a while now, and they're not nearly as stiff or uncomfortable as leather boots tend to be at first. I love the shift guard, which is designed for riding, and the Velcro cover for the zipper on the body side.
The price is just right (for a leather boot) to wear them while replacing them every two to three years.
Sizing up when buying shoes by mail order
By the way, TIGER was also in the Amazon Prime Wardrobe, but the one in the color I wanted (Crazy Horse) was not available to try on!...
However, it's hard to find riding shoes in stores except for the very major ones, so it might be a great idea to order the front and back sizes from Amazon and try them on at home for sizing in the future.
