Atera Valley in autumn leaves
Aji Valley, the best clear stream touring destination in my history.
Next time, when the leaves are turning red... I thought, but I went... On a vehicle with four tires....
The day before, I stayed at a hot spring in Minamikiso, but since I had been working all night, I had dinner right after I checked in and fell into a sleep mode. The hot spring water was very good, but I woke up in the morning and saw the sunrise from the open-air bath, and only took a bath once....
I didn't complain because my companion enjoyed VR in the room wearing Oculus Quest and took many baths in the main bath and the private bath.
After checking out, it took about 40 minutes to get to Aji Valley.
When I came here on a motorcycle, I thought, "There are only places to park a car up here, and if you want to enjoy the clear water, a motorcycle is the best choice..." But if you drive slowly, there are many places where you can park your car. I didn't realize that at the speed of a motorcycle....
So we descended to the riverbank at Raccoon-Gafuchi, my personal favorite spot.
The color of the water, called Aji blue, is said to be darker in summer, but it is still a clear stream.
The trees are turning a nice color.
And even though it was a sunny Sunday during the fall foliage season, there were hardly any motorcycles or cars. I think I saw about three motorcycles? There were only about 15 cars in total.
The parking lot was empty, so I parked smoothly. I walked around the promenade, which I wouldn't do if I were alone.
We walked further up to the campground area and enjoyed the colors of the leaves, which became darker as the elevation increased.
Next time I'll come on a motorcycle....orz
Kaida Plateau and horses. Next time by bike....
In this season, it's already dark after 16:30. So I headed towards the Chuo Expressway, but when I was looking for a place where I could admire the autumn leaves even more, I found this"Ontake Ropeway"The sign!
When I'm alone, I usually skip the ropeway, but today I had a companion. I was going to take this ropeway, so I went up the mountain path in a circle....This season's business is closed....it seems so...orz
I had no choice but to drive around Kaita Plateau....
We wandered around a ranch where there were Kiso horses.
The weekend is over. I knew four-wheeled vehicles were boring because you can't smell the air when you're driving.
