New 2017 Ninja 650
I'm working on a motorcycle today..... But I had a little over an hour to spare in the evening....... "Oh, I'll go test ride a Ninja 650."
That's why I came here. Kawasaki Plaza Tokyo.
When I went for an oil change or something, the staff told me that they had seen the Ninja 650 and that it was a compact bike, a little bigger than the Ninja 250.......
The side view also looks more like a NINJA 250. I forgot to check the cargo hooks, but it looks like it might be a bit difficult to load around the rear seat.
However, from the reviews that have already been posted on the web, the engine feels more refined than the old model, and the lightweight body is great! The lightweight body is great!
Unfortunately, two of the cars in the store were already sold, so please don't touch them, and we couldn't test drive them or even check their footing since they would be available in the second week of June.
However, after touring 970km last weekend, I found that "the current Ninja 400's position was too tight in the lower half of my body, and my legs felt dull in the second half of the second day........" If I'm going to get a bigger bike, I'd like to get one with more room. If I were to buy a bigger bike, I'd want one with a more comfortable position. The new Ninja 650 is not an option in that respect.
I felt that the seat was worn out.
Another thing that bothered me the other day was this: the seat of the Ninja 400 is as comfortable as a sofa, and I've ridden over 20 bikes in the past, and it's one of the most comfortable ....... But on the second day of touring, in the evening, I felt a strange feeling in my ass.
I was under the impression that the seat was getting a little worn lately. So I asked him to let me straddle his Ninja 400 for a test ride to compare the condition of the seat.
This is me.
This is the test drive.
So, to conclude, the cushions are indeed getting a bit hard. The seat surface may be sagging. But you can't tell unless you compare them.
I was thinking of buying a new sheet from Monotaro if it was obviously worn out, but it looks like that won't be necessary.
Now that my business is done, on my way home I asked him, "If I order a Ninja 1000 now, how long will it take to deliver? I was told that it would be between July and August. It seems that the initial demand has died down and they're increasing production, so the delivery time is getting shorter.
Checking air pressure at Nankai Parts
Now that my business at Kawasaki Plaza is done, I move on to my next job, but I still have a little time to spare. I took a restroom break at Nankai Parts, which was just on my way.
I also checked the air pressure. Here, the compressor is fixed to the wall of the parking space.
The air pressure in the front wheel was a little low after a long day of touring, so I added some more. Rear wheelIncident during weekend touringI checked and replenished at SA after the "Mere Old Man", so no problem.
Dinner after work
And after that, I finished my evening appointments and finished my work. "I wonder what I should have for dinner..." I thought to myself as I headed home. And today, it was here.
This is my favorite restaurant that has held the top spot in my personal tonkatsu ranking for over a year now. By the way, as of today, it is ranked 9th in the national tonkatsu ranking on the Eat Log. It is the best among the several Yanraku restaurants in Tokyo.
The good thing about this restaurant is that you can usually eat there without waiting in line because it's super delicious and in a modest location.。
In my daily activities, there are otherTaiyo" in Musashi Koyama(Link to food log)" とかTonki" in Meguro(Link to food log)" However, if you don't have a reservation, you have to wait in line for a long time. Basically, I don't like to wait in line for food.
No, it's really good. If you're going with a girl, you'd be better off going to Tonki, but if you're alone and want to savor the tonkatsu, this is the place to go.......
Well, tomorrow is the weekend. The weather forecast is generally good. Where should I go for touring?
