Well, it's a three-day weekend touring. I received a free coupon from a friend, so I stayed at a hotel in Fukushima Prefecture for zero yen. This was my first touring trip in September, as I had caught a summer cold and was sick for about a week.
But, as usual, I'm working from home. I want to be out by 2pm... I want to be out by 2pm. It was almost 4:00 pm....orz
It's just that I'm running late to go out. I can't turn the engine key.
I'm finally ready to go out. The cover of the bike was blown off in the middle of the night by a big typhoon the other day, so the bike is a little dusty, but I'll wash it when I get home... But I'll wash the bike when I get home... and start the engine! Well... I can't turn the engine key even one millimeter... This is......
The key cylinder, which had been inoperable even after blowing air and trying an unused spare key, worked smoothly as if it were a lie with a single spray of keyhole lubricant! No, dedicated chemical is great.
I also sprayed the keyhole of the gasoline tank, which was a little sluggish, and it worked smoothly too. This may be a must have for every household.
Late departure. Trouble number two.
So we left late. After checking the air pressure at 2Rinkan on the way, we took the Tohoku Expressway from the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway and headed for Tohoku! After a little while on the Tohoku Expressway, the sun went down and it became night....The headlights are kind of dim, aren't they?I slipped into SA and took a look.....
The headlights were not on (by default, only the right eye lights up), and the position lights were bright LED, so I guess the car in front of me could see me, but... If there were no other cars in front of me, I wouldn't be able to see... ThisLED headlights were installed almost free of charge based on Protec's survey of compatible vehicles.I've been using it since March 2016, when I inherited it from my Ninja 400, so it's been in use for three and a half years. It's been in use for three and a half years....
But there's no need to rush. In factI had LED headlights transplanted to my Ninja 650.At the time, the Lo light ON/OFF switch for the Lo/Hi LED installed on the Hi beam side was installed on the back of the cowl.
So, I reached behind the cowl and flicked the switch... I turned the Hi beam side to Lo and continued on my way to Fukushima. The rest of the ride was smooth and uneventful. There was no space to park my bike at the hotel, so I left my bike at the bicycle parking lot in front of the station....
Arrive at the hotel. Dinner. Tomorrow I will run properly....
Check in safely!
The room was comfortable as it was a little higher grade than the usual budget business hotel. The bathrooms are glass-walled.
I used to rent a designer apartment in Meguro for my company to work in, and the bathroom was just like this one. I remember that some of the part-time girls saw me in the bathroom, and vice versa. It reminded me of the time I had a girl working for me who saw me in the bathroom and vice versa.
I ate dinner and went to bed early to prepare for tomorrow. On the second floor of the hotel, there was a branch of a beef tongue restaurant with its main branch in Sendai....
Dinner with beef tongue and horse sashimi. What? No yam? So I ordered more.
I also added a plate of beef tongue to finish my dinner....
I went to a branch of this restaurant in Ikebukuro a long time ago when it was first opened. I remember thinking it was delicious at the time, but... I don't know if it's the taste that's gone down, or if my taste buds have become more discerning... It wasn't very good... Oh well, I'm all set for tomorrow! The weather forecast isn't too bad, and I'll be running tomorrow!
