At any rate, I was able to adjust the mirror with this wrench, so it was OK. When I went to the restroom, I saw a sign that said the Turnpike was closed for the day. We ascended Mt. Taikan from Hakone Shindou.

From Daikan-yama, we took the Tsubaki Line down to Yugawara.
At Yugawara Parkway, we turned back toward Hakone. And here we are.
