I was looking for a house with a garage.
The Ninja 650 is a full cowl bike. When I wanted to touch it at home, I had to take off the cowl. So, "I want to polish the exhaust pipe..." or "I want to clean the air cleaner..." or "I want to clean the air cleaner..." or "I want to clean the air cleaner..."It has to be completed by the end of the day."I feel like I'm not going to touch it, so I don't touch it....
I'm planning to change the round eyes on my new GSX-S1000. I'm thinking of doing it myself... And so on. That's why I've been looking for a place to rent with a garage, something I've been interested in for a while.
There are more and more of these houses these days, aren't there? This kind of house.
However, most of them are made of wood or light steel. I've lived in RC houses for about 95% of my life, but I don't have a good image of wooden or light-frame houses, having lived in a boarding house when I was in high school and in Leopalace for a short time in college.
I've been looking for a new place to live for a while now, but I've never been able to find one. Also, I'm prepared to be smaller than my current room (60 square meter studio), but I want it to be large enough that it's not too poor for a man to live in. .... I also have to work, so I need to have good access to the city center by car....
If you want to be even more extravagant, you can go directly from the garage to your room, have an auto-lock door, a delivery box, a corner room with good sunlight and ventilation, lots of storage space, high grade fixtures and unit baths, and a safe area. .... If you are looking for a place to live, there are no properties available at all.
To begin with, as far as I could find out, I could only find three RC garage apartments that fit my budget and had parking space for more than two cars... One of them had too small rooms, and the other two were so popular that they were fully occupied and we had to give up.....
I found another terrace house in Denenchofu that I thought would be a good place to live by myself, but I had to give it up because of my budget.
I've decided to stay here. I will start my garage life.
So I told the real estate agent, "Let me know if you find a good one," but the other day I got a call saying, "A room that was fully occupied is now available.
I've seen it once before, and I drove the car as fast as I could.
I took another look around. The garage is described as 24 tatami mats... That means it's about 40 square meters. It looks like there's enough space for one car and two motorcycles. There's also water and power inside the garage, and although we couldn't see inside because we forgot the key, there's a storage space with a door.
The living space will be a little smaller than it is now, but there is a large storage room, and if we can use the garage shed, it will be manageable.
The nearest convenience store is only 1km away, and the nearest supermarket is 2km away, but if you go down to the garage from your room, open the remote control shutter, and drive out... I have a feeling it won't be too much of a hardship if we can just open the remote shutter from the garage and drive out. I've also checked out the online supermarket, but several stores are within delivery range, and UberEats is also in the area, so it looks like I won't have any trouble finding food for now.
Moving... It's a pain in the ass....
So, moving.... Since my second dismissal, I've been moving farther and farther away from the center of the city, from Nishi-Azabu to Meguro to Kita-Senzoku to Takatsu-ku in Kawasaki City. I'm not sure what to do with it, but I'm sure it'll be fine. Moving... It's a pain in the ass.
