The Ninja 400 is my favorite bike to begin with, and I have very few complaints about it in my daily riding. This articleAs I mentioned in the previous section, the only thing that is missing is "I need a higher gear when I drive on the highway for a long time.
We also started the plan to introduce large motorcycles.
- I want to make touring over 500km/day on highways easier.
- I still want to drive a liter class car at least once.
- If you ride more than 1,000km a month, including weekday trips, wouldn't it be nice to have a bike for everyday riding and touring?
That's the reason.
Aside from 1, 2 and 3 are more of a luxury than a necessity. And as for 2, I have a feeling that "if I rent a car 10 times a year, my desire will be satisfied.
I have a monthly membership for a rental bike that I can rent 10 times a year.
So, after I got my large-sized driver's license, I drove a little over 1,500 km with four cars.
- Full cowl sports tourer
- Dual Purpose Adventure
- cruiser (i.e. warship or cabin cruiser)
I'm not interested in motards or scramblers, so I'm left with only naked bikes as my body type. I'm planning to ride a bikini or half cowl equipped Kawasaki ZRX1200 DAEG & Honda CB1300 SB, a YAMAHA MT-07/09, and a Triumph Street Triple.

First two cars.(Bandit and Ninja)The Ninja 400 is upwardly compatible with the Ninja 400 in terms of personality. The size of the bike makes it suitable for street riding, and if I were to switch to the Ninja 400 right after returning the rental, I'd have to say, "If I'm going to buy this, I'm going to need an excuse to keep it and the Ninja 400..." That's my impression. Maybe if I were to buy this type of bike, I'd have to let go of the Ninja 400 unfortunately: ....
After that, I plan to test ride the SUZUKI GSX-S1000F, BMW F800GT and HONDA VFR800F.
Dual Purpose Adventure
I've only ridden one bike, but my first Multistrada is probably the best in the genre. I plan to ride the NC750X and MT-09 Tracer as rental bikes in the future, and while I have high hopes for the MT-09's 3-cylinder, I don't have a feeling that it will surpass the Multistrada, and I'm not happy with the footing of this type of bike.
cruiser (i.e. warship or cabin cruiser)
This type of bike is not as much fun for winding as the others. .... I'm planning to rent a Harley Davidson XL883R, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to ride it."Lost my Harley virginity"is the goal.....
I have a feeling I'll be replacing my Ninja 650 before I know it..... I wonder when the next Ninja 650 model change will be .....
