I wish I could have gone to Tohoku.....
Before returning to Japan, I loved to go on long trips by car. From Aomori in the north to Kumamoto in the south, I used to go out in my own car. Especially during the days when the highway was 1000 yen during the Democratic Party of Japan administration, I was driving like an idiot and had a work meeting in Kanazawa..... When I had a work meeting in Kanazawa, I drove there by myself from my house in Yokohama.
And now."trip"Speaking of motorcycles.
I'm an old man who doesn't get enough exercise, so unlike cars where I can fold down the seat and take a nap on the way, when I'm in the class of 400km or more one way, I have to stay there overnight......
Even though I work a job that allows me to have relatively free time, I still had to make some adjustments in advance when I had to travel more than one night, so I was really looking forward to the 2,000 km touring trip to Kita-Tohoku that I was supposed to take during the recent GW.
In fact, I couldn't (didn't) go due to bad weather......
A new touring plan is coming.
So, I have some acquaintances that I was supposed to meet there after a long time, so I have to get revenge..... I was just thinking about it when I heard the news.
I heard that an event called BIKE LOVE FORUM in Iwate Ichinoseki (BLF Ichinoseki) will be held on August 3rd in Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture.
In commemoration of thisExpressway toll discount planIt was announced.
The longest run was roughly 550km!
This is a limited time offer for the month of August, but the price is 9,500 yen for four days of unlimited rides within the target area.
Various touring plans that have already startedIt seems that you can apply for the service from the Dora-wari website as well.
I saw a PDF file of the detailed contents of the course, and it looks like a good course for first-time touring without any knowledge of the area, while picking up some tasty food.
Hmmm. The motorcycle industry and government are doing a great job.
