It's been a long time since we've had a weekday bonfire party. That's why we're having a weekday bonfire party for the first time in a while. We hurriedly loaded up our luggage....
I stocked up on food at the supermarket... Go to Home Depot and buy firewood....
By the time we gathered at the usual riverbank, the sun had already set and it was looking good.
There were the usual three of us again, but Mr. A, who arrived first, was waiting for the firewood to arrive and was in a daze.
The food gets better and better every time.
At first."I want to watch the flames while listening to the sound of the wood exploding."This weekday bonfire party was started with the idea of having a fire on weekdays, but the food is getting better and better every time. This time, a Dutch oven was used.
I'll ignite it as soon as I can....
No time to dawdle and watch the flames ignite our appetites. First, I put some refrigerated pizza crusts in the hot sandwich maker that Mr. A brought....
"Crispy and fluffy crumbled pizza cakes."We started with the first one. The crunchy texture of the dish is very tasty, and the preparation of the hot pot goes on while filling our small stomachs.
Heat the pot a little with a gasoline burner, then set up the Dutch oven on a tripod over the fire.
We had discussed in advance that each of us would bring our own pots and pans, but we hadn't decided who would bring what... We hadn't decided who would bring what, so we ended up with a huge pile of vegetables, meat, and seafood next to the fire....Eating nabe outside on a cold night warms the body and is extremely delicious.
We put all the ingredients we brought into the pot one after another, and although it looks bright in the picture, it was actually a nice dark pot on the riverbank. I guess we'll have another pot next time.
The other two members were the usual suspects."Mr. M, who recently had his AT to MT limit lifted and is planning to get a large AT in the spring."and this one got a big one the other day."Mr. A, who has been enjoying his motorcycle hobby for more than 20 years, has been touring 800km a day on his SR400, mainly down the road."But since they live in the same direction in Tokyo, they met up at the Ducati dealership before they came.
As usual, the main topic of conversation was motorcycles, and the time passed....
Heatech glove is the strongest.
We lingered on the riverbank for more than four hours again, but when we ran out of firewood, we broke up. Mr. A had set the navigation system for a day trip to a hot spring on his route home, but I had received this in the mail in the afternoon, which had been replaced with a broken one.
Today I'm wearing full electric heating gear. I also put on my gloves today, which I hadn't been able to use in the field due to the broken wire on the jacket side.
It wasn't too cold on the way out, so I didn't turn on the power until I got there, but on the way back, the temperature dropped to below 5 degrees Celsius.Turn on all the heating in the jacket + pants + gloves + grip heater!
Hmmm. It's not that I'm not cold."warm and fuzzy"
After all, keeping warm is completely different from heating. My fingertips used to get cold from the wind, but with the electric heating glove, I have no problem at all. Maybe I should have bought these earlier... I thought that I should have bought them earlier, but I can't complain because I bought them because the model from two years ago was on clearance.
In any case, I'm still going to ride it because I've decided that touring in the middle of winter will be even more comfortable and warm than ever before.
