No touring this week...

After attaching the base plate to the helmet and putting on the cheek pads... The cable is going to be on the outside (of course).
When I tried to run the cable under the pad, the plastic plate with the mounting bracket got in the way....
I used scissors to cut the parts that might be hit. The cut was so sharp that I thought it might cut the line, so I put on some black taping that I had on hand and cured it....
I still need to adjust the pads as they are a little bit floaty, but the lines are hidden and the installation is complete.
The speakers also fit nicely.
I'm going to try a few things indoors.
Now that it's ready, let's charge the unit and test it.
