No, I'm not there yet.
Well, actually it's been 3 months and 10 days, and I haven't even reached 6,000km yet..... I haven't been able to ride at all because of the record long rain in August.1,000km TouringI'm out on the road.He also rented a bike with 400km on it.......)So, considering that, I guess it's a decent pace.
Since I finished the first stage of break-in, I've been using it to get around for work, so I've already driven about 150km in the daytime on the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway this week.
It's been autumn for the past few days, so I've been wearing a leather jacket to visit customers.......
At this rate, the annual mileage will be 24,000km.......
Well, in the middle of winter, there is no place to go for a 1,000km touring trip, so I don't think it will stretch that far.
I finally feel like it's my bike.
After 5,000 kilometers, I was finally able to"I'm really done breaking in."I feel that this is a good thing. Especially the suspension and drivetrain."Moving parts"I think this is the best time for me to go to .... It's so good.
With the temperature dropping, the engine is really running great. I'm getting used to riding it myself, and I'm getting a good feel for it.
I've already completed my 500 yen coin savings account for introducing OHLINS a long time ago, but I added a second piggy bank without opening it.
The used seats & new seat skins I bought for the anchoring are also being neglected ......
Going to take another look at the new Ninja 650.
That's how I've been living with my Ninja 650, but today I had some free time around Ota Ward during the day, so I took a break here.
Kawasaki Plaza Tokyo. No, I think it's time to go take another look at the new Ninja 650..... I'm not sure.
I enter the store and look around the new car area on the first floor. z1000 and Ninja 1000 are displayed in the middle of the floor, but I can't find the new Ninja 650.........
I had no choice but to go to the second floor to see the used car section.
It's been here for about a year now, hasn't it? I don't mind this color.
Looking at the old NInja 1000 with the BRIGHT sticker on it, I thought to myself, "Hmmm, maybe this is okay..... I think to myself.
The mileage is only 945km, and it has been fully serviced since it was a BRIGHT test vehicle.
If you think you've bought the new Ninja 1000, see how much you can customize it with the difference: ..... It's a great way to get your imagination going.
So I went down to the first floor and the staff asked me, "Can I help you?" I was approached. ”I told her, "I came here to look at the 650, but I don't see it......
"Oh, it's right here."
Sorry, ..... I thought it looked like .250.....orz
I had bought my Ninja 400 here at Kawasaki Plaza, and had recently received some information about the inspection, so I said, "No, actually, I bought the old model after I saw the new Ninja 650....." I told him.
The Tokyo Motor Show is coming up, and the staff is talking about the 250cc four-cylinder Ninja and the z900RS. Many of the staff here are on loan from Kawasaki's headquarters, so their stories have a certain authenticity.
So we got to talking and I said, "Have you ridden the new Ninja 650?" I said. I replied, "No, I haven't even ridden it yet," and he pulled out a test ride from outside the store.
I thought it would be bad to test drive something I'm not 100% sure I'm going to buy, so I really just straddled it.......Small! And light! The moment I put the car up on the side stand, I couldn't believe how light it was.
I have a strong feeling that this will be fun to ride. The only thing that bothered me was that the key cylinder area looked a little cheaper than the old model in front of me.
The layout of the meter is the same as the Ninja 1000, but the material used is a bit lower.
The tourer proper is also better than the old one. Yeah. I left the Kawasaki Plaza with a renewed sense that buying the old model was the right decision for my usage and physique.
Autumn of appetite.......
So I headed to my next job and dinner. Today's lunch is here.
AWkitchen TOKYO Shin-Marunouchi Building(Link to food log)
A little too atmospheric a place to visit with a leather jacket and riding shoes: ..... When I mentioned that I was on a diet, one of the customers made a reservation for me, so I thankfully ate a lot of salad.
Dieting is slow going.....orz
Fun tools for this weekend

I'm planning to rent a DAEG this weekend and I'm going to use it to shoot video of my driving with a chest mount.
